Orders are shipped with UPS or a similar courier and should take 2-5 business days within Europe and up to 3-7 days to the Rest of World, it depends from which country you order.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items will be shipped from Cologne, Germany with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.
When placing your order, please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.
Please note that once an order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.
All deliveries require a signature and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.
Every order will require a signature of receipt and this signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.
Paula Knorr Ltd. is not liable for lost or missing orders that have been signed for, for example at an office address that has been provided for delivery.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number. All of our delivery windows are estimates only and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Please note that in certain delivery areas, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.
Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates that Paula Knorr gives for delivery, nor are we accountable for extra time required for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.paulaknorr.uk, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorization and instructions for garment return. Once the authorization is sent, items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return.

Please be aware that we can not pay the return shipping.
Please book a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returns until we physically receive them.
Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all PAULA KNORR tags and labels still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
We are happy to assist with sizing and garment details to eliminate the need for returns of these items.

Garment prices shown on the website are in EURO and are inclusive of VAT. Garment prices do not include delivery costs. The EURO price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in EUR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your issuing bank before placing your order if this applies to you.
